After successfully launching our new Alumni Player Voice initiative in August, we are excited to host our second forum in November.
At our first forum, former LFE apprentices discussed a wide-range of topics, such as the evolvement of player care provisions, the challenges faced, and specific areas for improvement.
Our aim is to bring together past apprentices across EFL academies and provide the opportunity to share transition-related experiences, both in and out of football.
The Alumni Player Voice offers a safe space to talk about experiences, best practice and the areas for improvement in regard to the transition support provided by clubs and wider organisations.
