LFE’s Goal of the Month competition returns with 10 of the best strikes from across the Academy leagues during November.

A place in the 2018-19 Goal of the Season is up for grabs, with Bristol City’s Bradley Webb and Bolton Wanderers pair Luca Connell and Callum King-Harmes already sealing their spots in the line-up.

A trio of Yeovil Town apprentices are in the running this month, with Devon Arnold’s powerful drive from distance going up against Declan Rose’s left-foot volley and a tremendous hit from Gabriel Rogers that found the top corner with pinpoint accuracy.

Blackburn Rovers Under-18s midfielder George Wilson is making a habit of scoring outrageous goals as he features for the second month in succession with an audacious strike from the halfway line, while an acrobatic volley from Sam Bennett (Cambridge United) earned him his second appearance, having previously made the cut in August.

Charlie Jolley provided a sublime first-time finish at the end of a slick Wigan Athletic move, while Oxford United’s Owen James took a more individual approach as he ran through a number of defenders before supplying a composed effort into the bottom corner.

Elsewhere, Amin Benyoucef (Leyton Orient), Callum Hulme (Bury) and Ethan Walker (Preston North End) all unleashed impressive drives to find the net from range.
