Monday it was more running and more ball work to see how much further my ankle could take me. We did some longer passing but still not striking the ball full-on as I didn’t feel comfortable about it.
Woke up on Tuesday morning and my ankle felt strong and much better than the last few days. When we went back down to the training ground we attempted some long range passing and it felt ok in the full range movement, so tomorrow I will be joining in with the lads in some light training.
Had my ankle strapped up today and I joined in with the lads with some light training. The lads had a half day but I stayed behind with Banko and we went down to the gym to do a swimming session to help with my fitness levels.
