Woke up this morning and my hamstring feels significantly better which has lifted my spirits after having to wake up early on a Saturday morning! I went to Total Fitness (the Clubs official gym) where I was put through my paces with the Club physiotherapist. This was hard work but also productive, the hamstring is now showing no signs of stiffness or pain. All in all it’s been a hard but satisfying week. I gladly welcomed my Sunday day of rest though!
