In partnership with AIM, The Professional Footballers’ Association provide an online Safety Net to support Academy players through their journey. This is free to access and available 24/7.

To access the Safety Net, click here and input your details and password to access your very own confidential support page.

Help is also provided to apprentices who hope to remain in the game, but leave the apprenticeship without a professional contract. This is delivered via the PFA Transfer List, which gives clubs direct access to players that are currently available.

As PFA members, apprentices can add their details to the Transfer List by logging into their PFA account and completing the brief form that can be found on the account page. It is advised to ensure contact details are kept up to date in order to allow clubs the ability to contact either you directly or your representatives.

The Transfer Directory is used in all four tiers of professional football in England, as well as attracting interest from international enquiries, including the MLS, A-League and the SPL.
