The Board and Management of LFE is committed to health and safety and acknowledges that a wide range of stakeholders including staff, football club staff, apprentices and sub-contractor, need to be involved to ensure a safe and healthy environment.
LFE aim to ensure that all training and learning takes place in a safe, healthy and supportive environment. We regularly monitor and support health and safety at clubs using specialist consultants and actively promote health and safety to apprentices throughout the ‘Apprentice Journey’.
This starts at induction – with all apprentices receiving a full health and safety induction – and continues through progress reviews, life skills and via a range of digital and print media.
