The Start of the Event

Instructions for Wednesday 25th and Thursday 26th March
Access for Exhibitors on both days will be from 09.00
Doors open – both days at 10.00
- All stands must have been set-up the previous day however we appreciate that there may well be some additional literature, setting laptops etc. that needs to take place before the event opens at 10.00.
- All exhibitors will be able to enter the Arena from 09.00 – one hour before the event opens in order to ensure all stands are fully set-up when the doors open.
- On the day of the event please use the Main Entrance (Entrance B). Please be aware that you will be required to have your exhibitor name badges with you in order to enter the Arena.
Closing Down and Break Down
Wednesday 25th March (Day One)
- All delegates will be required to leave by 17.00.
- All exhibitors will be expected to leave by no later than 17.15.
- While you are welcome to leave any items needed for the next day at your stands overnight, please be aware that we cannot take any responsibility for any loss or damage for any items left on the stand.
Thursday 26th March (Day Two)
- All delegates will be required to leave by 16.00.
- All exhibitors will be expected to leave as soon as possible.
Please be aware that you are required to leave the stand as you found it and take with you any unused company literature, give-a-ways etc. We will provide rubbish collection throughout the two days but it is the responsibility of all the exhibitors to take with them anything other than unwanted litter.
