Please read the following statement carefully.
It is a condition of the use of the Sheffield Arena venue and CSL’s own insurance arrangements that all exhibitors are insured in respect of third party liability and we will require evidence of such insurance to be provided by you prior to admittance to the venue.
This may be in the form of sending a copy of the appropriate certificate or schedule of insurance but we will require this in ADVANCE of the event.
In addition we recommend that all exhibitors consider insurance in respect of cancellation and loss of or damage to property at the event as we cannot accept responsibility for loss of or damage to the property that you bring to the venue.
CSL use Event Assured to provide insurance protection and have arranged a facility with them for our exhibitors. By visiting www.exhibitor-insurance-online.com and entering CSL09 in the Event Code field, much of the details will be completed for you by the website.
