Exhibitor Set-Up Day

Tuesday 24th March – 10am to 5pm

All exhibitors will be given the entire day before the event to set-up their stands. We will require all stands to be completed in advance of the event’s opening at 10am on Wednesday 25th March. Please inform us ASAP if you have concerns that this will not be possible.

• You will need to register at Entrance A. On completion of registration you will be given name badges for all those requested for the company. These will allow you access to the Arena during the course of the next three days.
• Any large or heavy objects will need to be unloaded at the East Entrance (rear of the Arena). Directions to the East Entrance will be provided at registration.
• If you have anything that you would like to send to the Arena prior to the event, such as boxes of literature, this can be done by addressing it to yourself with the postal address:

• When registering please make those at the registration desk are aware that you have pre-sent items. We will then ensure these are delivered to the appropriate stand, although can take no responsibility if any pre-sent items are either lost or damaged.
• Once you are set-up and happy with how your stand looks you are then free to leave but are advised to not leave behind any valuables as we cannot take any responsibility for anything that is either lost or damaged.

Each stand will be provided with:

• Carpet
• Company sign placed above the stand
• Single 13amp 500w plug socket
• One fluorescent light
• Access to the Arena’s wireless internet as requested¹

Additional furniture/electrics for your stand

If you require anything extra for your stand please fill out the relevant additional furniture or electrical forms below and return these to Formula Exhibitions Ltd.

¹ We are unable to provide a temporary wireless internet solution solely for the event. All those that require internet access will be provided with access to the standard server provided by the Sheffield Arena. We understand that this has worked sufficiently in the past for events of a similar size and scale but due to limited capacity we would ask that where possible, exhibitors ONLY use the internet if essential and that if companies can provide their own solutions (e.g. 3G cards) that they do so in order to free up server space.
