Crewe Sign Academy Trio

Crewe Alexandra have awarded three academy graduates with one-year professional deals, plus the option of a further year.

Midfielder Josh Lundstram, striker Lewis Reilly and defender Ross Woodcock all signed contracts to stay at Gresty Road.

Lundstram was the first of the trio to be announced after starring in the Under-18 team this season, as well as impressing while making the step up to Under-23 action.

Reilly has been rewarded for a prolific season in front of goal, netting 24 goals for the Under-18s, Under-23s and on loan at Radcliffe Borough, even wearing the captain’s armband twice towards the end of the campaign for the Evo-Stik Northern Premier outfit.

Woodcock was the last to commit his future to Alex after excelling in the academy side, as well as enjoying a brief loan spell in men’s football at Alsager Town.
