The Individual Learning Plan (ILP) is an agreement between the Apprentice and LFE to ensure that learning aims are met.
The ILP outlines the programme of learning that has been agreed between the Football Club, LFE and the Apprentice. An LFE Regional Officer or your Club’s Academy Manager/Head of Youth will provide guidance on the completion of the ILP. It will be made available via LFE’s Virtual Learning Environment (VLE).
